General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all products, brands, or services of Les Technologies SPECLITE Inc.
1. Payment Terms
- Payments are due net 30 days upon credit approval.
- A 2% discount is offered for payments made within 10 days of invoicing.
- Administrative fees of 2% per month (24% per year) will be applied to any outstanding balance.
- No order will be released or shipped if the account is past due.
2. Order Approval
- All orders are subject to approval by the credit department.
- Orders will be invoiced at the prices in effect on the date of approval.
3. Warranty

4. Return Policy
The return and warranty policy applies to ASPIRASIA® and SPECLITE® products.
Return Procedure
- All return requests must be submitted by filling out the form available at:

Applicable Conditions and Fees
- Returns between 30 and 180 days : 25% restocking fee on the pre-tax price.
- No returns accepted after 180 days.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- No returns on clearance or final sale items.
- All returns must be authorized with an RMA number issued by the customer service department of Les Technologies SPECLITE Inc.
- No sales representative or other staff member is authorized to issue an RMA number.
5. Shipping and Transportation
Deliveries are made free of charge above a certain minimum purchase (before taxes), according to the following regions:
