Photo Guide Returns
For all requests for returns or credit, please follow the following guidelines for photo format.
This helps tremendously in reducing the time it takes to process your application.
1. Please send us a picture with a clear view (in high resolution) of the model# of the product and the production date. Usually, this information is in the same product label.
2. If there is more than 1 product to claim with the same model, please take a picture to be able to count, with the picture, the total quantity of the product with the same model.
3. It is possible to combine step 1 and 2 in the same photo. But the photo must clearly show each model# and the production date for each product. Here is an example for 2 products with the same model#.
